I have a grandson who is into all sports. Although he will only be 7, he has already obtained medals for his actions. It is hard to buy a gift when he has all the sports equipment he needs ( and boys hate to get clothes). It would have been nice to see what it would have looked like before I ordered it. You need to package better. When we received it, the box was beaten up and the hanger was bent. I almost returned it. I managed to carefully straighten it up. I would suggest better boxes and some packing materials.

Saw these advertised on Facebook--didnt order for Christmas because of price. But kept seeing them online and finally decided to order for 2 grandsons' Easter baskets. Placed order, then didn't see any confirmation...yet charge went through my bank. Contacted company via email to ask about my order. Received response VERY QUICKLY; got status of my order. Hangers arrived within the week. One was bent a bit but I was able to straighten it out myself. Had I not been able to do that, I would not have thought twice about returning it--im sure they would have made it right. Very pleased with customer service and would recommend them to my friends.

Just received the medal hanger. It turned out beautiful!! It's a gift for my husband's birthday next month. I wasn't sure what to expect, but they absolutely NAILED it!!
