And the additional video with instructions for installing was a great idea. I have never received information like this related to an item I purchased.

The hanger is great, but the only issue is it arrived with one of the sides quite bent. We can probably manoeuvre it back straight over time as it’s pliable, but need to be careful not to snap it as the metal is thin. Hopefully it won’t be too noticeable hanging on the wall as otherwise it will be great!
