Custom products are not eligible for returns or refunds due to customer input errors.  Defective or incorrect items caused by our production error will be replaced at no cost.  Cancellations may be possible only before production begins. Shipping Time for Medal Hangers

• Orders Placed January - November: For custom medal hangers, please allow 2-3 weeks from the order date for delivery.

• Orders Placed in December: To receive your custom medal hanger by December 25, 2025, place your order by December 12, 2025, with standard shipping. For orders placed after December 12, express shipping options will be available at checkout.

Handling time for Medal Hangers

Our customized products require a minimum of 48 hours for design and production  AFTER you have approved your preview. Handling time may increase in busy seasons.

Ship Time All Other Customized Products

• Orders Placed January - November: For custom pieces, please allow 2-3 weeks from the order date for delivery.

• Orders Placed in December: To ensure delivery by December 25, 2025, place your order by December 6, 2025.

Orders above $99 include free standard shipping.

Orders under $99, standard shipping is $7.95.

2-Day FedEx shipping is $14.95.  Since this is FedEx, we cannot ship to PO Boxes for 2-day shipping.

RUSH Order Production and Overnight Shipping is $40. Overnight Shipping cannot be delivered to a PO Box.

We proudly manufacture all medal hangers, trophy stands, and metal wall art right here in the United States using 100% American sourced steel. 

Each medal hanger has pre-drilled holes and comes with screws and drywall anchors, so you don't have to go searching for any extra material. Installation is very simple and takes only a few minutes.
