Every gift we sell is made to order, just for your athlete. Here is how long that takes and how it gets to you.

Medal hangers, trophy stands and metal wall art
Handcrafted Personalized Medal Displays, Personalized Trophy Stands, Sports Metal Art and Personalized Monograms:
- Total days to delivery from order date: USA 10–14 days with standard shipping.
- We process your order the day you place it. Your gift is made to order in the USA and ships within 7 days, often sooner.
- If you asked to see your design first, the 7 days start when you approve it.
- Delivery after it ships: usually 2–5 business days with standard shipping. Express options at checkout are faster.
Need it sooner? Add Fast Pass ($39). With Fast Pass, your order skips the production line and can ship as soon as the 2nd production day. Add it on the product page or in your cart.
Fast Pass is for our metal gifts only: medal hangers, trophy stands, metal wall art and monograms. It can only be added when your cart has one of them, and it doesn't change the timing of other items in your order.
Fast Pass speeds up the making. Express shipping at checkout speeds up the delivery. For the fastest gift, choose both. The delivery date shown at checkout assumes standard production, so with Fast Pass your gift usually arrives sooner than that date.
Changes after ordering: we can change your order (design or shipping service) before it goes into production for a $10 change fee. Adding Fast Pass or an upgrade has no change fee. Address changes are free before your order ships.
What shipping costs
- Free standard shipping on qualifying orders (after discounts) to the lower 48 states and Washington, DC. The current free-shipping amount is shown in the banner at the top of our website.
- Below that amount, and for faster delivery, you choose from live UPS and USPS rates at checkout. You see the exact price before you pay. The price depends on the size and weight of your order and where it's going.
- Options usually include UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver, UPS Next Day Air, USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail Express.
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories and APO/FPO military addresses: we ship by USPS at the rate shown at checkout. The free-shipping offer covers the lower 48 states and DC only.
- PO boxes: UPS can't deliver to PO boxes. Please choose a USPS option.
Other products
- Personalized Sports Night Lights, ornaments, wooden signs and kids' pajamas: made to order in 1–4 business days, then usually 3–13 business days for delivery. Night lights ship free. Shipping for the other items is shown at checkout.
- Jewelry: made to order in 1–3 business days, then usually 2–5 business days for delivery by standard mail. Faster shipping is offered at checkout. Free standard shipping on most necklaces.
- Personalized Blankets, Personalized Sports Portraits and Personalized Apparel: made to order in 2–7 business days, then usually 2–10 business days for delivery, depending on the item. Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay.
- Other personalized items, such as Personalized Drawstring Bags: the product page shows the timing. If you need it by a certain date, email us before you order.
Orders with items from more than one group
Each group is made in a different workshop, so items may arrive in separate packages on different days. Each group's shipping is added at checkout, and every package has its own tracking.
Christmas and holiday orders
Every year we post our Christmas order-by dates in the banner at the top of our website. Order by the posted standard date and your gift arrives by Christmas. After that, adding Fast Pass and choosing express shipping is the fastest way to get your gift, until the posted express date.
Carriers and tracking
We ship with UPS and USPS, and some necklaces ship with FedEx. When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. You can also email support@athletesgiftshop.com with your order number, and we'll send your tracking details.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories and APO/FPO addresses. Please check your address carefully at checkout. If something looks wrong, we'll contact you before shipping.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or never arrives, email support@athletesgiftshop.com within 30 days. Include your order number, and a photo if it was damaged. We'll make it right with a free replacement. You never have to file a claim with the carrier. See our Refund & Return Policy for details.
