Medal hangers, trophy stands, metal wall art and monograms:

• Total days to delivery from order date: USA 10–14 days with the lowest-cost shipping option at checkout.
• We process your order the day you place it. Your gift is made to order in the USA and ships from Idaho within 7 days, often sooner.
• If your order includes a design preview, the 7 days start when you approve it.

Our other gifts (night lights, ornaments, jewelry, blankets, apparel and more) are made to order by our production partners. Each product page shows its timing, and our Shipping Policy lists the timing for each group. If you need a gift by a certain date, email us before you order.

Items from different groups are made in different workshops, so they may arrive in separate packages on different days.

Yes. Add Fast Pass ($39) on the product page or in your cart. Your order goes into next-day production and ships within 2 production days.

• Fast Pass is for our metal gifts only: medal hangers, trophy stands, metal wall art and monograms. It doesn't change the timing of other items in your order.
• Fast Pass speeds up the making. Express shipping at checkout speeds up the delivery. For the fastest gift, choose both.

• Free shipping on qualifying orders (after discounts) to the lower 48 states and Washington, DC. The current free-shipping amount is shown in the banner at the top of our website.
• Below that amount, and for faster delivery, you choose from live UPS and USPS rates at checkout. The price depends on the carrier and service you choose, the size and weight of your order, and where it's going. You see the exact price before you pay.
• Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories and APO/FPO military addresses: we ship by USPS at the rate shown at checkout. The free-shipping offer covers the lower 48 states and DC only.
• PO boxes: UPS can't deliver to PO boxes. Please choose a USPS option.

No. We ship to addresses in the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories and APO/FPO addresses.

When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. You can also email support@athletesgiftshop.com with your order number, and we'll send your tracking details.

Every year we post our Christmas order-by dates in the banner at the top of our website. Order by the posted date for the lowest-cost shipping option and your gift arrives by Christmas. After that, Fast Pass plus express shipping can still get it there in time, until the posted express date.

Every product is made just for you, so our policy balances fairness with the realities of custom production.

• Our mistake: if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect because of our error, we replace it free of charge. Contact us within 30 days with a photo.
• Customer input errors: we can't refund or replace an item when the error comes from the personalization details entered at checkout, such as a misspelled name or the wrong sport, size or variant.

Yes, before it goes into production. Design changes and shipping-service changes have a $10 change fee. Adding Fast Pass or an upgrade has no change fee, and address changes are free before your order ships. There's no fee when the change fixes our mistake.

The full rules are in the Changes after ordering section of our Refund & Return Policy. To ask for a change, email support@athletesgiftshop.com with your order number as soon as you can.

Orders may be canceled only if production has not begun. Because production starts quickly, we can't guarantee a cancellation once an order is placed. If your order has already begun production, it can't be canceled or refunded.

Email support@athletesgiftshop.com within 30 days. Include your order number, and a photo if it was damaged. We'll make it right with a free replacement. You never have to file a claim with the carrier.

You can pay with any method our Shopify checkout accepts. The options available to you are shown at checkout. We don't accept personal checks or money orders. See Section 7 of our Terms of Service for payment terms.

Our medal hangers, trophy stands and metal wall art are made to order in the USA from American steel, and they ship from Idaho.

Yes. Most of our medal hanger product pages show a preview of your order. If you'd like to see exactly how your hanger will look, just email support@athletesgiftshop.com with your order number and we'll send you a free preview to approve. Your order waits until you say it's right.

We can make designs for any sport or activity. Order the Fully Customized Medal Display Hanger and tell us what you'd like. By default, we send you a design preview to approve first. To skip the preview and speed things up, uncheck the Request a Preview? box on the product page before you add it to your cart. Questions first? Email support@athletesgiftshop.com.

The three-row medal hanger holds 40+ medals when they hang close together. Each extra row holds 15 more medals, and you can choose 3 to 9 rows.

Each medal hanger has pre-drilled holes and comes with screws and drywall anchors, so you don't need to buy any extra hardware.

• The medal hanger is 17.5 inches wide. Its height depends on your sport design and the number of rows you choose. The 3-row hanger is usually around 10 to 12 inches tall.
• If your design is over 12.6 inches tall, the extra rows ship as a separate modular piece.
• The Fully Customized Medal Display Hanger also comes in 24-inch and 30-inch widths.
