When they arrived (I ordered 5 of them for Christmas gifts for our granddaughters), after only 3 weeks, I was excited. I cannot wait for the girls to open these on Christmas. You advertised them on Instagram and they looked great.
I bought two of them on Dec. 1st.
You charged my VISA the next day and I didn't hear back for a couple of weeks.
I did not know that I wouldn't receive them for Christmas until a week before Christmas when you finally started emailing me in response of me emailing and also calling you and leaving messages on your phone.
I understand that they are custom made; but it would have been nice to know up front that I wouldn't receive them for 5 weeks.
I'm hanging on to them for my Grandkid's May birthdays - so they haven't received the medal hangers yet.
They are good quality work and will be great in their bedrooms.
